1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sharpen Your Mindset website and the training services provided by Alex Hall trading as Sharpen Your Mindset.

2. Services

Sharpen Your Mindset provides evidence-based resilience, performance, and leadership training for corporate clients, educators, and students. All training programmes are delivered in accordance with the specifications agreed upon booking.

3. Bookings and Payment

Training sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any applicable deposit. Payment terms will be specified in your individual proposal and invoice.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is typically due within 30 days of invoice date
• Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations with more than 14 days' notice: Full refund of any deposit paid
• Cancellations with 7-14 days' notice: 50% of the agreed fee may be charged
• Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice: Full fee may be charged
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Sharpen Your Mindset. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Information shared during training sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we endeavour to provide high-quality training that delivers value, the application of skills learned is the responsibility of participants. Sharpen Your Mindset cannot guarantee specific outcomes and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Information collected through our website and services is used solely for the purpose of providing our training services and communicating with you. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
